The Swedish-based Taiwanese artist Angela Kuan Huan Lin grew up in Taipei, Taiwan. Inspired by the beautiful and dramatic nature and the contrasts of the intense city life she started to paint at an early age. She went to the famous Fu-shin Art school in Taipei.
 
Inspired by Picasso and another European artist she traveled in Europe for a period whilst selling her art. She then gained her nickname Angela from her international friends. After she worked as a Graphic Designer for over 15 years for various international companies such as TetraPak, Nitro Group (Now part of SapientRazorfish), HANG TEN,  Jeunesse Global, and other international and local companies.

Angela has lived, worked and painted in England, China, US and Sweden. She is currently living with her family on a farm in Skåne, in southern Sweden, where she has a art studio.
